Any Form

AnyForm is a plugin for Elxis CMS which allows you to generate, display and handle web forms easily without the need of having technical knowledge. The forms are been displayed inside Elxis articles (content items) as any other Elxis plugin, are mobile friendly and multilingual.

Submitted form data can be sent to one or more email addresses and/or saved in the database and/or saved in a text file. Logging is also supported for both successful and unsuccessful form submission attempts. AnyForm is smart enough to support dynamic load of forms. On a single form integration you can load dynamically unlimited different forms by adding the query parameter anyf to the link to the integration page.

Any Form plugin is provided for free without any guarantee with the requirement to display Is Open Source copyright note below the generated forms. You are not allowed to remove, modify or hide by any mean (css/javascript/other) this copyright note except if you have purchased a license by Is Open Source / Ioannis Sannos.

Version 1.2 Improvements and a few small fixes.

Version 2.0 Compatible with both Elxis 4.5+ and Elxis 5.x. Added reference code support with incremental counter. Added the option to send a copy of email to the person that submitted the form. Added administration management for download, upload and delete existing forms. HTML improved, Elxis 5.x style CSS in many areas even for Elxis 4.x sites.

Version 2.1 Forms generated by AnyForm can now have fields for uploading files and images. E-mails sent by AnyForm are now HTML formatted with beautiful style.
