With the Download plugin you can serve files for download. The downloadable files can be local (uploaded in site) or remote (any http(s) URL). The plugin supports serving downloads to public or to specific user groups (eg. registered users). A counter informs you about the number of downloads for each file, even the remote ones. To prevent counting fake downloads by search engines and web robots there is an option to require javascript. Version 1.1: Fixed sending http headers when downloading a file fails.
