Update Elxis 4.0

This patch will update all Elxis 4.0 stable installations (revisions 1358 and up) to the latest Elxis 4.0 release (currently rev1378). If you have a newer version dont apply this patch!

Instructions
Download this patch and unzip it locally in your computer. Turn your site offline. Login to your site FTP and upload all files in the patch to your online installation overwriting the existing ones. Note that the patch only contains the updated/new files so be careful not to overwrite whole folders! An alternative method for those having SSH access is to upload the zip package on your Elxis root folder and execute the following command:
unzip -uo elxis_patch_4.0_r1358_to_4.0_r1378.zip

If your installation is a local one you dont have to use FTP or SSH. Just update the files with copy-paste.
