Open Form Manager

With Open Form Manager (OFM) you can create almost any kind of form, like contact and inquiry forms. More than 20 different types of fields can be assigned to a form like text input elements, text-area, select, check and radio boxes, email, phone, and more. Form and field elements are multilingual. When someone submits a form you set to send a detailed report to any email(s) you want, and, optionally, to the form submitter. The data are also get saved into the database. Each form may have its own styling. OFM comes with 2 styles pre-loaded, Default (styling matching sites template), and Easy (selected by default).

To display the forms generated by OFM component use the OFM plugin.

OFM is an alternative form generation solution to AnyForm plugin. While AnyForm requires some technical skills (editing XML files), OFM requires no technical skills. However, if you know working with XML, AnyForm is a more powerful solution at this moment. For support please visit the Elxis forums.
